I just gave Comcast the boot for my TV service after YEARS of service problems and the most miserable customer sevice on the planet.Once they made the move to “all digital” things really got absurd. You would be watching TV and the picture would freeze, then pixilate and THEN….the last word spoken on the program you were trying to enjoy would repeat (ie thank you, you, you, you, you)I called Comcast and advised at least 7 of my neighbors had the same issue and it must be a network problem – please file a Remedy ticket. The answer was “we will schedule a tech to come out”…..OH HELL NO, the last time Comcast sent a tech to my home he stayed SIX (6) HOURS and accomplished NOTHING. I didnt want a relationship with this guy, I just wanted my service problem corrected

Why are Comcast and Direct TV feuding over VS.? Comcast needs to
stop going for rate increases as 11% of the country is out of work.
    DONT BE GREEDY.
Loyal vs. fans on DirectTV are missing key college football games
today and the Tour de France next summer as these 2 greedy giants
battle it out. Hey comcast, howabout a little status quo in a time
    of recession.
Brian Roberts, you should be ashamed of yourself. Don’t you already
own most of the sports cable networks already? Why leverage this one.
Direct TV you should consider dropping all Comcast sports networks
if a resolution cannot be reached. Drop the channels and your rates
and watch your sbscription base grow. Better yet, how about ala
carte satelite TV, that would boost your base.

Center point energy – good lord! They came to do a routine check of my meter, and 3 days later they had turned off my gas twice for leaks, broken the meter, and after 6 service people in my house had smeared grease on my carpet, walls and woodwork. They left me with major gas leaking into my basement. Can’t get a hold of ANYONE on the phone. Cost me 2 days of lost work, and hiring a carpet cleaner. Talk about a lazy co. with no alternatives to chose from!
