I am forced to subscribe for more channels just to get Ztv as they do not allow that just on payment of Basic only which is nothing but a way of extracting more money from customers indirectly.
Ztv is not served by Quest being a foreign channel and Comcast take advantage of Monopoly which is very unfair and illogical.
I complained to Comcast before but they did not agree to change their policy. You should take up strongly and they should be compelled to inform all customers to take advantage of any lesser rates whenever they can provide instead of holding such information to continue their ill goton profit and also to refund all the prior wrong charges.
